Kaduna state KADCHMA has intensified effort in seeking for support in cooperation of traditional institutions for effective mobilization of people to embrace the scheme a Ross the state.
To this end, the Director General of the agency, Alh. Abubakar Hassan paid a visit to the emir of Zazzau, and the chairman Kaduna State Council of Chiefs, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli in his palace, located at the ancient city of Zaria.
The Director General of KADCHMA explained that the visit is to acquint the royal father on the success recorded by the agency in the past years and solicit for the support of the emir in mobilizing his people of the emirate to identify themselves with the scheme for an improved health care delivery.
Alhaji Abubakar Hassan thanked the emir of Zazzau for his fatherly role in enlightening people of the emirete on the important of patronizing government programmes and policies aimed at improving their living standards, especially in the health sector.
He described the gesture as encouraging worthy of emulation by the rest of traditional institutions in the state.
Receiving the director general and his entourage at the palace in Zaria city, his highness, the emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli assured the readiness of the emirate council to continue to enlighten people on the importance of the KADCHMA health services in every nooks and crannies of the emirate.
He called on the people of Zazzau emirate to always to the nearest health centers for medical attention instead of practicing self-medication.
